  1. Privy can temporarily cut off access to Privy if there is a suspected leak or security breach.
  2. If possible, in the event of a leak or violation, Privy will notify the user through the web page about the steps that will or have to be taken.
  3. If the User suspects a leak or violation, the user must report it to Privy, and Privy will immediately temporarily block all access to the related PrivyID.

Documents that can be downloaded are only documents that have been signed by all recipients

The document that can be deleted in Privy is the unsigned document and located on menu draft document. If the document has been signed, then the document cannot be deleted.

Document recipient addition can be done when uploading a document. To add a user as the document recipient, can be done by adding the recipient's PrivyID.

Privy cannot do any changes to personal data that does not match with the information given in your ID Card. E-Meterai is the new feature on Privy’s Web App to attach electronic stamps issued by Peruri on digital documents

E-Meterai top up can only be done by SysAdmin by :

  1. Click the "top up" button on the e-Meterai balance.
  2. Select "e-Meterai balance" to top up your e-Meterai balance.
  3. Fill in the desired balance. Top up balances from 1 to 999999 balances.
  4. Click the "check out" button to view the total payment.
  5. A box will appear on the right showing the payment details. Click "select payment" to choose a payment method
  6. Select the e-Meterai balance payment method. There are payment options using Bank Transfer and e-Wallet
  7. Select the bank that will be used to make the payment, if you choose the ATM/Bank Transfer payment method.
  8. A virtual account and payment method will appear based on the selected payment method
  9. You will get a virtual account and invoice to make a payment a maximum of 1x24 hours from the order process. If you have made a payment, the e-Meterai balance will be filled automatically
  10. After making payment, you will also get a receipt as proof that your payment has been successful and will be sent to the email registered with Privy"

The validity period of e-Meterai is 1 year from the date of purchase, you can check on your enterprise dashboard

Privy Now is one of the Privy Products that allows digital signatures only using email, for now this product is only intended for foreign users
