Privy offers a trusted digital identity and digital signatures that are legally binding using digital certificates. Privy is the first Certificate Authority (CA) that gain recognition from the Indonesia's Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (KOMINFO).

Privy uses a cryptographic module device that meets the Federation Information Protection Standard (FIPS) 140-2 level 3, and protects data transfer, both in transit and at rest data, where Privy in transit data security uses SSL and at rest data uses Transparent Encryption with Advance Encryption Algorithm (AES) for data encryption and Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) for key exchange.

1. Privy dapat memutus akses ke Privy untuk sementara jika ada dugaan kebocoran atau pelanggaran keamanan.
2. Jika dimungkinkan, dalam hal terjadi kebocoran atau pelanggaran, Privy akan memberitahu Pengguna melalui Situs mengenai langkah-langkah yang akan atau telah dilakukan.
3. Apabila Pengguna merasa ada kebocoran atau pelanggaran, Pengguna wajib melaporkan kepada Privy, dan Privy akan segera mem-blokir sementara akses ke PrivyID yang bersangkutan.

3. Select one of the workflows that you need.
4. Select the document to upload.
5. After the document has been uploaded successfully, click "Sign" button on the lower right corner.
6. Change the position/location of your signature to the preferable position.
7. When the image is in place, click confirm signature.
8. Enter the OTP code sent to the registered phone number or use fingerprint (for phones that support fingerprint) and click "Verify".
9. Your document has been signed successfully.

4. Select the document that will be uploaded and make sure it is in .pdf or .doc/ .docx format.

Electronic Certificate issued by PrivyID as the electronic certification provider registered in the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (KOMINFO), can be obtained after you register at PrivyID. The Electronic Certificate will be included in the Document that has been digitally signed by the Signatory.

Document recipient addition can be done when uploading a document. To add a user as the document recipient, can be done by adding the recipient's PrivyID.

Privy cannot do any changes to personal data that does not match with the information given in your ID Card. If there are any changes on your personal data, please update the infromation to the Population and Civil Registration Office first, then send a photo of your latest ID Card through Live Chat or email helpdesk@privy.id.
